Missing important ingredients in National Transformation 2050

One Malaysian Tan Hock Eng after receiving a scholarship from MIT of USA who graduated and worked in American  and Malaysia is an example of why Malaysia needs to treasure and focus on human development to advance our country. His MBA from Harvard university  also helped him greatly to broaden his working experience in the recent move to relocate his company Broadcom a US$ 100 billion company to America.

A developing country, Malaysia needs to rethink its education attitude to produce more human beings of such caliber. “Education makes a people easy to lead, but difficult to drive; easy to govern, but impossible to enslave.” It is time for us to apply this quote from Henry Peter Brougham.  Where do we begin to make a start in our quest for more of such human beings  skilled in many fields? Not just in technology, but also in administration, psychology, science, transport and many other specialized  fields such as philosophy, nutrition, mathematics  and any related field  that uplift humanities.

As parents especially those of child bearing age need to appreciate and understanding the mystery of the unborn child before and after conception. The  intimate concern of the unborn while in the womb, and protecting this unborn soul from trauma, stress and  fear will greatly enhance this foetus’s  human potential after birth.
I have a great book to introduce and recommend  for the whole nation to pursue together as a national project. This book is not new and is little known because of the lack of awareness of its importance in producing great  wholesome, intelligent and emotionally healthy  and  stable human beings.
Written by Thomas Verny MD with John Kelly by the title of “The secret life of the UNBORN CHILD”  was first published in January 1981.  I have obtained permission from the author to reprint the book and  to  transfer the insight  and wisdom of this book  to as  many parents and would be parents as possible to benefit society and eventually the nation and the world at large.
Some high lights and extracts from this book.
§  What will your child remember about life before birth? For a renowned conductor, it’s the music his mother played-only during her pregnancy. For an autistic girl unable to speak her native French, it’s the English that her mother spoke-three months before  she was born!  For others, it’s the sound of a voice, the murmur of a beating heart, the glare of lights in a hospital delivery room. Memories that can be comforting or terrifying.
§  Long before they are born, your children are thinking, feeling, and even acting. What happen to them before-and as-they are born may profoundly shape the people they will become . These startling findings have been even more dramatic implications. They give us a chance to help determine the course our children’s  lives will take-starting months before they are born.
§  You can give your baby a greater chance for health and happiness-months before birth. Your unborn baby is:
§  Capable of learning
§  Able to warn you of medical problems you and your doctor may not be aware of
§  Able to hear and respond to voices and sounds-including music.
§  Sensitive to his parents’ feeling about him
§  Capable of responding to love
§  An active feeling human being.
The way in which you respond to and care for your unborn child may affect his physical and emotional well-being for the rest of his life. The choices you make today about your child’s birth may make a vital difference for years to come. You can prepare your unborn baby for a happy, healthy life. This remarkable book will show you how!
A 253 pages book that will transform your  view and attitude towards an unborn child and what we can do as parents to prepare and cooperate with the laws of nature to produce a great human being who will be a blessing and asset to society.

Can you still believe the expert in food safety?

This quotation by a great teacher born in 623 BC is very enlightening and provocative at the same time.
“Do not believe anything because it is said by an authority, or if it is said to come from angels, or from Gods, or from an inspired source. Believe it only if you have explored it in your own heart and mind and body and found it to be true.”
It is said that scientific truth takes about 20 years before it is taken to be obvious common knowledge by the masses. The power that be, which controls the mass media in their contents released to the public often mixed half-truth and propaganda  together in what is read and heard by the masses.
For example, how many years we have heard that cholesterol is what leads to a heart attack? Polyunsaturated fats such as corn oil, sunflower oil, soya bean oil are good for your health?
Vaccination is good for children?
If the above generally accepted facts were the truth, how is it that there are still so many people out there who die of heart diseases, when they avoid cholesterol and are still suffered by a heart attack? Children who are vaccinated are diagnosed to have autism?
So what is the truth about what are the factors that cause a particular disease?  If you can’t believe the health experts, doctors who can you trust in the sea of opinion dish out daily?
Our own experience on the issues involved?  Someone rightly says that we cannot live long enough on this earth, to make all the mistakes and learn from our own mistakes. So the dilemma faced by us is, what can we believe and what we need to reject?
For the purpose of this discussion, let us ask this simple question about the food we eat every day.
Our source of food is the key to our health. Natural source of food such as fruits, vegetables, and  grains if they are free from herbicides or pesticides and are fresh, we are going to be healthy consuming them. If however, if the food has been processed the likelihood of having chemical additives, coloring agents, preservatives are high and a risk to our health. Some common dangerous food additives.
·         Sodium nitrate. Added to processed meat to stop bacterial growth linked to human cancer.
·         Sulfites: Used to keep prepared food fresh, may cause breathing difficulties for those who are allergic to it.
·         Potassium bromate :Added to bread to increase its volume, linked to human cancer.
·         Propyl gallate: Added to fat-containing products, linked to human cancer.
·         BHA/BHT: A fat preservative used to extend shelf life, linked to cancerous tumor growth.
·         Propylene glycol: Better known as antifreeze. Thicken dairy product and salad dressing. Deemed generally safe by FDA
·         Monosodium glutamate (MSG) Flavor enhancer known to cause headaches.Linked in animals studies to nerve damage, heart problems, and seizures.
·         Butane. Added to chicken nuggets to keep them tasting fresh. A known carcinogen.
All these chemical additives are approved by health authority permitted to use in food manufacturing. Small amounts are considered safe.  Safe for healthy people, who are free from sickness, what about others who have eaten other sources of processed food which also has added preservatives as well? What about those who are diabetic, high cholesterol in their blood, on medication which may be intermixed with these food additives? What about those who on other medications and allergic to processed food? The exposure to these artificial ingredients are endless, and the long-term consequences unknown.
No wonder, there are so many sick persons of all ages, sex, and occupations. If we are all rightly advice and regarded as an acceptable permissible level of food additives in our food by the so-called experts and those in authorities to safeguard our national health, how then do we witness death by sicknesses and diseases as recorded by www.worldlifeexpectancy.com ?  Something is not quite right, somewhere, how can so many dies and suffer from one kind of sickness and  die by another disease, if everything we do as far as food is concerned is safe to eat? What is the truth ?  Who then is the dispenser of truth concerning our health and wellness?  This common-sense  rule to live by is as far as food is concerned.
Eat what is perishable and spoiled easily, but eat them while they are fresh. The chemical that kills the fungi, bacteria and germ can also kill the human cells, once enter the human digestive system.

The same teacher quote end my post, “ Three things cannot be long hidden. The sun, the moon and the truth.”

Health with in your reach and for you to choose

The table above is a sample of how policy holders of a life insurance company in Malaysia paid the death claims in a typical month in 2002.
Notice the age of death, diseases  which caused the  death  and the most common causes of death.
The most overwhelming causes of death as appeared in the table is cancer.
Cancer has a certain common  pattern  in  its manifestation and how the sickness industry deals with it.
·         It develops over a period of time gradually
·         It appears to be hereditary passing from parents to children
·         It is usually  treated by conventional  western hospital  by drugs,  chemotherapy or  surgery
·         It treatments resulted in many side effects
·         It is expensive
·         It has very little chance of recovery  and victims die after medication.
·         It affects  all ages and gender
·         It is a very common cause of death in advanced industrial  nations.
·         Hospital and  pharmaceutical companies which  manufactured the cancer drugs make the most profit treating the patients.
·         60 % of all personal bankruptcies in USA are from huge medical bills  incurred in hospitals according to time magazine  4 April 2013
·         20% of USA   entire    GDP  or  US$ 2.8 trillion is spent in health care in 2013
·         Very little is spent in sharing with the victims the causes of cancers
·         Alternative treatment  methods that work and focus on nutrition and natural means in harmony with natural laws are avoided by hospital.
·         Patients are not advice to life style changes in living and  proper food  which enhance healing
·         Doctors who advocate  effective alternative  treatment are persecuted  and  forced to leave the practice
·         Most of the aggressive  fatal  causing  treatment methods  are focus on killing the cancer cells which also kill the healthy cells in the body.
·         Almost  none of the treatment process is focus on dealing with the root causes of cancer, but entirely focus on suppression of the symptoms.
·         The culprit of the main causes of cancer such as toxins in the water, chemical preservatives in food additives, exposure to environmental  hazard , life style stress and lack of  exercise  are often  hardly mentioned in the treatment of cancer.
·         Cancer by its very expensive  treatment  method  is the motivation  for most consumers to buy critical illnesses insurance policies which  cover cancers  upon diagnosis.

What lessons can we learn from this reality  of cancer  as a  fact of life we all have to face?
First, our immune systems which  prevent and keep away any cancer cells  from  growing in our body and spread  to the entire body must be strengthen  and  build up. Our immune system is the best defense against all kind of cancer.
To preserve and  improve our immune system, we must prevent toxins from entering our bodies. From the air we breathe, the water we drink, the liquid we consume such as coffee, alcohol, juices and  food we  enjoy and  eat every day.
So we can start by stay away from breathing in polluted air,  drinking pure water from a distiller of our own home, and read the food label, and examine the ingredients  of processed, convenient food before deciding to buy such  unhealthy, nutrition depleted  food .  Remember to sleep sufficiently and  exercise  daily and keep a positive, optimistic attitude towards life.
It is still possible to live a healthy and diseases free life in this time and age. Listen to the wisdom of this quotation by Francis of Assisi ,” Start by doing what is necessary ,then  do what is possible, and suddenly you are doing  the impossible.”

It is possible to drink pure water for health

Last Friday 8th September 10, 2017, the Sunday daily carried a very disturbing article at the bottom front page news on “Tap water worldwide may contain plastic: US study”
London: Contamination with invisible fibers of micro plastics affects some 83% of urban tap water worldwide reaching 94% in the United States and 72% in Europe, according to a report published on Wednesday.
The study by US based investigative journalism group Orb found “previously unknown plastic contamination in the tap water of cities around the world.
It said the research, conducted by a public health expert from the University of Minnesota, showed that “ from the halls of the US Capitol to the shores of Lake Victoria in Uganda, women, children, men, and babies are consuming plastic with every glass of water.”
More than 80% of the samples collected on five continents tested positive for plastic microfibers.
Environmental campaigners Greenpeace said that the reported contamination of tap water was “ yet another unseen symptom of the ability of plastic pollution to get absolutely everywhere”

What is your personal response to this news? The denial of the reality of this pollution affecting you personally is the usual reaction.
What can I do to reverse this disturbing trend? How can  I allow this polluting water makes me a victim and a casualty in the long run?
If your home is on fire, you will respond very fast, run out of the burning house, try to stop the burning, call the fire department. But when a slow acting plastic contamination in our tap water which kills us slowly, we react very differently with less urgency and action. This is a very dangerous trend.
Just like a frog being boiled slowly in warm water treats the rising temperature as a sauna, unlike being thrown into a boiling hot water, will jump out of the hot pot immediately.
Similarly, if a crook wants to steal money from bank depositors accounts, he will do it in a small amount, over a long period of time, from many different accounts rather than the big amount from some selected account holders.
Water that kills us slowly over a long period of time, will eventually claim more victims than a poison well that kills a few very quickly.
In modern day expression, just as we can buy our life’s necessities by installments such as house, car, and other gadgets by installment, we also die by installment. Drinking polluted water which has plastic molecules is one example. It may take its toll in 20 years, but we are still the victim in the end.
WE have a choice not to drink this plastic contaminated water, just use a distiller to eliminate the plastic molecules. We take out the water molecules when they evaporate in the boiling chamber of the distiller into steam and condense back into the liquid water when we collect the pure water without any trace of a foreign particle such as micro plastic molecules.

Filters mostly remove suspended particles, solid dissolved in the water such as chemicals, pesticides, drug residues, hormones and other solvents cannot be screened out by filters. Plastic molecules similarly cannot be filtered out of tap water. Be healthy is a choice of life and the price:
uses the right tool to obtain your ideal drinking water.

Stop polluting our own bodies

Pollution affects the destiny of mankind
There are endless consequences to an act. The ripple effect has implication for the future of mankind.
Data obtained by the Guardian suggests that one million plastic bottles are purchased every minute worldwide, worse still this is expected to increase by 20% by 2024 reach more than ½  trillion sold every year by 2020.( The Guardian June 28, 2017)
What is the effect of this massive number of plastic bottles on the ocean?
It is estimated that close to 300 million tons of plastic are produced every year, more than half of which is for single use products. These discarded plastic bottles, bags, straws and other plastic end up largely in the oceans.( Plastic Oceans, the facts) to the tune of more than 8 million tons, a year carried along the ocean currents, swirling gyres of “plastic smog” now covering  about 40%  of the world’s oceans surfaces( The Center for Biological Diversity  plastic pollution)
Oceans are not the only receptacle of this ubiquitous plastic pollution.
A study of fresh water environments,83% of the fish had plastic debris in their guts, mostly micro plastics particularly microfiber. The fish appeared to consume more micro plastic near the urbanized section of the rivers and when fish ate a lot of the plastic, they eat less diverse varieties of other food items. So it is not only the marine life in the oceans that are being harmed by plastic debris, fresh water creatures are at risk.
The plastic pollution of such a magnitude means, our food from oceans and fresh water river carry plastic molecules and deposit their content in our human bodies.
Plastic molecules interfering with our physiology of metabolism and living processes in our bodies causing diseases and premature deaths in every age group, affecting reproduction of human race by lowering sperm count and the quality of the sperm.
As we are assaulted in every front by our own thoughtless act of living for now and no thought for the future, we have to ponder and act fast to reverse this down ward of self destruction.
To prevent the further accumulation of plastic molecules into our bodies through food, or drink we can do what is within our power to act.
Get a distiller to eliminate all sources of water pollutants from our drinking water. By distillation, we extract only the water molecules we need and screen out the dissolved contaminants such as herbicides, pesticides, hormones, medication from drugs, traces of treatment chemicals such as aluminium compounds, chlorine, and  traces of iron from rusty pipes.
Drinking two liters of water a day to replace fluid loss via urine, sweats, and dehydration in an air conditioned room, if our water has traces of these toxins in our life time we may have accumulated a few pounds of the residue of these contaminants in our system. No wonder, we are weak, sick and suffered from common chronic diseases such diabetes, hypertension, high blood pressure and cancers of all kind. Just drinking pure water alone, it will reduce the incidence of sickness and ailments by 1/3.
It is a wise move to drink pure water and prevent the pernicious effects of body pollution by our complacency of ignorance. If we drink and behave like the masses, we shall perish likewise, just like everybody else. Suffer the same way, die by the same diseases.

You are what you eat!!

“If we eat wrongly, no doctor can cure us, If we eat rightly no doctor is needed.” Victor G Racine.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine. But will interest his patients in the care of human frame in diet and in the cause of prevention of disease. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)
“Proper nutrition, not medi-care is the key to good health” Dr Mercola

“If this country is to survive, the best-fed-nation myth had better be recognized for what it is: propaganda designed to produce wealth but not health”  Adelle Davis (25 Feb 1904-31 May 1974)

“The spread of BSE [mad cow disease] in Europe has revealed how secret alliances between agribusiness and government can endanger the public health. It has shown how the desire for profit can overrule every other consideration. British agricultural officials were concerned as early as 1987 that eating meat from BSE-infected cattle might pose a risk to human beings. That information was suppressed for years, and the possibility of any health risk was strenuously denied, in order to protect exports of British beef. Scientists who disagreed with the official line were publicly attacked and kept off government committees investigating BSE. Official denials of the truth delayed important health measures.”
“A generation ago, three-quarters of the money used to buy food in the United States was spent to prepare meals at home. Today about half of the money used to buy food is spent at restaurants--mainly at fast food”
The above are just some quotations about health from the 1920s to the present. We are just what we eat.
What we sow into our body today, is what we will reap in the future to come. Many decades of eating out in restaurants, and negligent to eat wholesome, natural food has earned USA as the sickest nation on earth.
60% of all personal bankruptcies in USA is related to medical bills. Steven Brill wrote in 04 March 2013 of Time magazine front cover story. The US health care system is fraught with gross overcharges and outright billing fraud. In “Bitter Pill-why medical bills are killing us, Brill dissects our profit driven sickness management industry posing as health care. In part and I quote from his article.
Recchi’s bill and six others examined line by line for this article offer a closeup window into what happens when powerless buyers... meet sellers in what is the ultimate seller’s market.
The result is a uniquely American gold rush for those who provide everything from wonder drugs to canes to high-tech implants to CT scans to hospital bill-coding and collection services. In hundreds of small and midsize cities across the country... the American health care market has transformed tax-exempt 'non-profit' hospitals into the towns’ most profitable businesses and largest employers, often presided over by the regions’ most richly compensated executives.
And in our largest cities, the system offers lavish paychecks even to midlevel hospital managers, like the 14 administrators at New York City’s Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center who are paid over $500,000 a year, including six who make over $1 million.
Taken as a whole, these powerful institutions and the bills they churn out dominate the nation’s economy and put demands on taxpayers to a degree unequaled anywhere else on earth. In the U.S., people spend almost 20% of the gross domestic product on health care, compared with about half that in most developed countries. Yet in every measurable way, the results our health care system produces are no better and often worse than the outcomes in those countries. According to one of a series of exhaustive studies done by the McKinsey & Co. consulting firm, we spend more on health care than the next 10 biggest spenders combined: Japan, Germany, France, China, the U.K., Italy, Canada, Brazil, Spain and Australia.
We may be shocked at the $60 billion price tag for cleaning up after Hurricane Sandy. We spent almost that much last week on health care. We spend more every year on artificial knees and hips than what Hollywood collects at the box office...”

The road to health is not complicated and clear cut. The Amish people have no cancer according to Journal cancer causes and control, Ohio University scientists. The Amish people live on their land, grows their own food and avoid processed food in their daily living.
John D Rockefeller (July 8th 1839-23rd  May 1937 (98 years old)
In 1901, the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research was officially launched first of its kind in America.A year later Rockefeller added $1 million to the original $200 million endowments to build up and equip a major laboratory on upper east side of New York City.
Dr H F Biggar, a homeopath as a personal physician to John, maintaining a basic distrust in modern medicine, while spending millions to sponsor its advance.
Source: pg 60 The Rockefeller, an American Dynasty by Peter Collier & David Horowitz

AS you can see above big Pharma was invented by  Rockefeller to make money not heal sicknesses.

The Bitter truth is that when you go to your western doctor, you are seen as a potential market for the medical factory’s products, for Big Pharma, there is no financial incentive to heal you, because a patient cured is a customer lost.Even if you are not sick, big pharma is still targeting you, trying to convince you that you are ill so that you will try its latest pill.

SO what is the solution, if we can’t trust the established medical sickness industry to heal us. The answer is in our hands, prevention. Drink pure water, eat natural food from the earth, and avoid drugs and medication from the big Pharma. The Amish people achieved health this way, why not we.?

The most important medical test often overlook

The Most Important Medical Test
Important Message From

Recently I spoke at a health conference and had several great conversations with many health-conscious people. Although the questions I was asked during and after my presentation ran the gamut, there was one general reaction that came through loud and clear. Sheer surprise. You see, I talked about the number that is THE most telling indicator about your state of health and is arguably the most important number to pay attention to if you want a life free of pain, inflammation and disease. It’s not your weight. Your BMI? Nope. No - it's not your cholesterol. Or your triglycerides. It's not even your blood pressure !

It's your
pH. (pH factor indicates acidic versus alkaline ratio in your body) Here is what kept my audience on the edge of their seats.
Alkaline
pH--why in the world? In a flashback to high school chemistry, remember that the pH scale goes from 0 to 14.
0 is pure acid, 7 is neutral, and 14 is pure alkaline. You came into this world with an alkaline pH. It's how your body was designed and how you're meant to stay. Without exception, ALL of your organs, tissues, bones and joints work best when your blood pH is slightly alkaline (around 7.365).
If your
pH is even just a little too acidic, that's when your body can begin to literally break down. Aches and pains begin to creep up. Tumors
(including cancer) can flourish. Diseases can rear their ugly heads. Although a number of factors can contribute to an acid
pH,
(including stress, environmental toxins, lack of exercise and smoking), far and away the number one factor is your FOOD.
Eating acid-creating foods (especially fast food, processed food, meat, dairy, refined carbs and hard to digest meal combinations) pulls
your
pH down toward the acid range. On the other hand, when your diet contains many alkaline foods (like fresh fruits and vegetables) and is easy for your body to break down, you encourage a more alkaline pH.

A snapshot of your innards Let's take a look at your innards and see some examples of how your body can break down when you're
acidic: Your Heart Your heart pumps an unbelievable 13,000 quarts of blood a day--enough to fill a small swimming pool! If there are toxins in your
blood, that puts a huge strain on your heart to do its job. Acid wastes in your system also rob your blood of oxygen, which causes your heart tissue to
deteriorate. And you don't want your ticker breaking down, do you?
Your Liver The liver serves over 300 different functions-with two of the most important being to remove acid wastes from your blood and make alkaline enzymes for your body. If you're like most people who live in industrialised countries, your blood resembles a war zone with far too many toxins floating around, and your liver is constantly being stressed cleaning them out. If that goes on long enough, it can completely shut
down. And so will you.

Your Pancreas The pancreas is super important... in fact, it's responsible for completing digestion in your small intestine. And it helps regulate blood sugar by producing insulin. Like I said, super important. More so than any other organ, the pancreas is extremely sensitive to your pH and absolutely CANNOT function when you're acidic -- it MUST have an alkaline environment. If your pancreas is not working right, you can be looking at type II diabetes,(which can kill you FAST).

Your Kidneys
The kidneys create urine and help get rid of excess acid from the body. About one litre of blood passes through them every single minute! If
your blood has too much acid and toxins, your kidneys are over-stressed and unable to do their job. (Ever hear of dialysis? Kidney stones?)

Your Stomach
When your stomach properly breaks down your food, the small intestine can finish the job and digestion is completed like it should be. But
foods that are acid-creating are hard for your stomach to break down, and in its efforts to do its job, it may overproduce acid. The result can be poorly digested food, fewer nutrients being absorbed, and acid rising up into your throat. Acid reflux, GERD, IBS, hiatal hernia and gastritis are all on the rise and this is why. The typical American diet is LOADED with hard to digest, acid-creating food.

Your Colon
Wastes are supposed to easily pass through the colon and "out your back door." But if digestion has not been accomplished properly, they don't move through like they should. Instead they can clog your colon walls, become a breeding ground for bacteria and disease and cause you to put on weight. Plus, the toxins can be reabsorbed into your bloodstream, make you ill and encourage the development of food sensitivities. It’s no surprise that colon cancer is the number one cancer killer, and that so many people suffer with IBS, diverticulosis/itis and chronic constipation, is it?

An acid
pH is GOOD -- when you're DEAD There is one time when you're SUPPOSED to have an acid pH. When you're DEAD. Your body automatically becomes acidic upon death so it can decompose like it's supposed to. I don't want that happening any time too soon, do you?
So... how do we get this magic 7.365
pH? Hopefully you've gotten the idea of how important it is to have a slightly alkaline pH while you're still breathing and vertical.
Now I'll tell you the 4 steps to attaining and maintaining an optimal alkaline
pH:
Step 1- Check your pH at regular intervals
You can get a saliva test or urine test kit at most drug stores or health food stores. The saliva test is the least accurate and urine is slightly more accurate. You can also have your blood tested by a doctor. This is the most accurate measure but also the most expensive. If you  want this done and  your doctor won't do it, find one who  will. The normal
pH for urine is about 6.5-6.8 (it's acidic because  urine is an exit for toxins), for saliva 7.0-7.4 and for blood 7.365 is your  target. If you're testing your pH with saliva or urine, it's important to perform the test several times at different times of the  day, since pH can  be affected by what you eat or drink.

Step 2- Drink pure water
Aim for at least 5-8 glasses per day. Stir in a little fresh-squeezed lemon juice to make it more alkaline if
you'd like. Alkalizing drops are also available at health food  stores. Water means water and does not mean coffee, tea, Gatorade, soda  or other sweetened drinks. But avoid drinking tap  water as it can contain  chlorine and/or fluoride. Strive to drink filtered or bottled water.

Step 3- Eat more alkaline foods
The important thing to note here is you CAN continue  to eat some  "good" acid foods that have valid nutrients - so if you don't want to give up that juicy steak you love or that roasted chicken,  you don't have to. Just make sure that those acid foods are counterbalanced by a good portion of alkaline foods. 50/50 is a good place to  start, and the more  alkaline, the better. "Good" acid foods include nourishing things like:
*Eggs, *Fish, *Chicken,*turkey’ *Brown rice, *Yogurt, * Beef (preferably grass fed and organic). These foods have nutrients that do benefit your body. So it's not necessary to eliminate them. You  just need to make sure to keep them under control, and make sure they represent no more than 50% of your calories. And remember it's NEVER a good idea to eat processed food, fast food or drink soda. Keep those to a bare minimum or preferably none at all.
Step  4- Keep your digestion efficient
In order to keep your digestion humming, it's vital to eat meal combinations that are easily broken down and don't cause your stomach to  over produce acid, and make sure you have adequate enzymes to do the job.

Simply put:
Easy digestion = proper elimination of wastes = a more alkaline pH
Poor digestion = acid waste build-up = Sickness and a  more acid pH

Without the proper enzymes for digestion, you can suffer from
gas, bloating, constipation, waste build-up... and  you'll have a more acidic pH!

So remember--while your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol,  etc. are all very important too, it's vital to keep your eye on the
MOST important number--your pH. Do that and your body will thank you many times over.

Your long term health and water source for living

A video from National Geographic about water, and how it's pollution affect us all.
A little toxin over a long period of time accumulates its poisons in our body system affect
us from the immune system to reproductive organs and cause us to die little by little from water to food to air. we live in a closed ecological system so intimately related by our action and reaction.
The ripple effect is endless.
There is no end to the consequences of an act. Good or bad we shall reap its effects.

Hippocratic Oath and where are the doctors who practice this oath?

Classic Version of the Hippocratic Oath
I swear by Apollo Physician and Asclepius and Hygieia and Panaceia and all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will fulfill according to my ability and judgment this oath and this covenant:
To hold him who has taught me this art as equal to my parents and to live my life in partnership with him, and if he is in need of money to give him a share of mine, and to regard his offspring as equal to my brothers in male lineage and to teach them this art - if they desire to learn it - without fee and covenant; to give a share of precepts and oral instruction and all the other learning to my sons and to the sons of him who has instructed me and to pupils who have signed the covenant and have taken an oath according to the medical law, but no one else.
I will apply dietetic measures for the benefit of the sick according to my ability and judgment; I will keep them from harm and injustice.
I will neither give a deadly drug to anybody who asked for it nor will I make a suggestion to this effect. Similarly, I will not give to a woman an abortive remedy. In purity and holiness, I will guard my life and my art.
I will not use the knife, not even on sufferers from stone, but will withdraw in favor of such men as are engaged in this work.
Whatever houses I may visit, I will come for the benefit of the sick, remaining free of all intentional injustice, of all mischief and in particular of sexual relations with both female and male persons, be they free or slaves.
What I may see or hear in the course of the treatment or even outside of the treatment in regard to the life of men, which on no account one must spread abroad, I will keep to myself, holding such things shameful to be spoken about.
If I fulfil this oath and do not violate it, may it be granted to me to enjoy life and art, being honored with fame among all men for all time to come; if I transgress it and swear falsely, may the opposite of all this be my lot.

A Modern Version of the Hippocratic Oath
I swear to fulfill, to the best of my ability and judgment, this covenant:
I will respect the hard-won scientific gains of those physicians in whose steps I walk, and gladly share such knowledge as is mine with those who are to follow.
I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures which are required, avoiding those twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism.
I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug.
I will not be ashamed to say "I know not," nor will I fail to call in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient's recovery.
I will respect the privacy of my patients, for their problems are not disclosed to me that the world may know. Most especially must I tread with care in matters of life and death. If it is given me to save a life, all thanks. But it may also be within my power to take a life; this awesome responsibility must be faced with great humbleness and awareness of my own frailty. Above all, I must not play at God.
I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems if I am to care adequately for the sick.
I will prevent disease whenever I can, for prevention is preferable to cure.
I will remember that I remain a member of society, with special obligations to all my fellow human beings, those sound of mind and body as well as the infirm.
If I do not violate this oath, may I enjoy life and art, respected while I live and remembered with affection thereafter? May I always act so as to preserve the finest traditions of my calling and may I long experience the joy of healing those who seek my help.
How many doctors are really practicing the Hippocratic oath these days?  How many doctors are really so noble and honorable as to stick to the oath as prescribed above.
A casual read from www.mercola.com article posted on 16th Aug 2017 headline. Tells the truth about modern medicine and far from following the Hippocratic oath.  Extracts from his article.
One-Third of American Adults Prescribed Opioids Each Year, and Opioid Deaths Now Leading Cause of Death for People Under 50

More than one-third of American adults were prescribed an opioid drug in 2015, and opioid overdoses are now the leading cause of death for Americans under the age of 50

A recent paper17 hints at one of the reasons why opioids are still so vastly overprescribed. Between 2013 and 2015 alone, 68,177 physicians received in excess of $46 million in payments from drug companies marketing narcotic pain relievers.18 In all, that amounts to 1 out of every 12 doctors in the U.S. As noted by pediatrician Scott Hadland, who led the study, "The next step is to understand these links between payments and prescribing practices and overdose deaths."

According to recent research, half of all Americans are living with chronic illness,38 and many addiction specialists believe pain and hopelessness are driving the opioid crisis in the U.S. As noted in The Washington Post:39
As  Mercola pointed out correctly the solutions to pain killer addiction lie in prevention.
Clearly, the U.S. health care system is blatantly ineffective at treating chronic health problems. Whether ill health is promoting hopelessness or the other way around is difficult to ascertain, but the two appear to be closely intertwined and need to be addressed together. Somehow or another, we need to refocus our efforts to create lives worth living and improve access to and information about basic disease prevention, such as healthy foods and foundational health-promoting life style strategies..
