The significant difference between minerals in water and minerals from vegetables and fruits

All of us are aware of the importance of minerals in our food intake. For our body needs minerals of all kind. Calcium, magnesium for bones, Iron or hemoglobin for red blood cells, sodium and  potassium for  our blood electrolytes.  Trace elements such as chromium for proper function of insulin to convert sugar into energy. Selenium for heart beat regulation, manganese regulates blood sugar, enhances the absorption of calcium.
However, what many of us do not know is, the minerals that the body cells can assimilate and absorb must be organic and living. Dead minerals from chalk have calcium, but it can’t be used by cells. Iron from hardware shop nail, can’t be processed by the body digestive system to form hemoglobin. The minerals found in minerals water are from stone, soil, and rusty pipes corroded by chlorine water in the treatment plants. The minerals from such none living sources can injure the delicate lining epithelium cells in the inner linings of the artery vessels, Block capillaries blood  vessels from supplying oxygen, nutrients to the cells. Cut of waste products from being discharged from the body cells. Lifeless, inorganic minerals constitute waste products that must be eliminated from the blood or circulatory system through the  kidneys or sweating pores all over the skin surface.
Do you know your urine has a minerals concentration of about 4600 ppm ?These are waste products which the body can’t use or they will poison the body cells and tissues?
So the minerals we need to survive on must come from food sources such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts. For example, calcium from spinach, almond, bones, ribs  of pork or cow can be easily absorbed by the digestive system.  Iron from papaya, carrot, beetroot and nuts are easily absorbed along the human alimentary canal and small intestines.
The minerals content of coconut water is about  2500 ppm, sugar cane juices about 1300 ppm. Compare to the minute amount of minerals  in tap water in Klang valley with a range of 50-90 ppm?
Organic minerals can be easily spoiled by  bacteria, as they are living and has nutrients to sustain life. A fresh, young coconut if it has a hair line crack in its shelf will cause the coconut to turn cloudy and smells sour after a while. Sugar cane juices will turn sour after a few hours if not kept in a fridge.
Minerals water from plastic bottles, can be kept for months in the shelves of supermarket. Due to its nonliving content of its minerals which is harmful to the body cells. Long term consumption of these minerals  eventually caused arthritis, when synovial  fluid which keeps the cartilage and bones joints from direct contact and lubricates the joints are be replaced with inorganic minerals and acid salts.
These same minerals when block the drainage system of the eye balls cause glaucoma and when the eye-lenses are not being supplied with nutrient  and oxygen  cataract will be the end result.

The best mineral liquid to consume are from living sources. Fruit juices, wines, coconut water, water melon and so on.

  1. water is a universal solvent it is a medium to transport both useful nutrients to the body cells, and eliminate or carry away waste products from body metabolism. Unless the water is distilled filtration cannot remove dissolved toxins from the water, such as pesticides, drugs, hormones from raw water,
